Featured Position:
Qualifications:
- Strong creative and conceptual skills with emphasis on web and interface design
- E-commerce web design experience a big plus
- Motion graphics, conceptual and build
- Proven sensibilities in UI strategy
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash+Actionscript
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team work oriented and result-driven
Preferred candidates must have:
- 4 or more years experience in core creative role (web)
- 2 or more years experience using Flash/Actionscript for currently-published products
- Ability to demonstrate, through interview and portfolio, ability to create and develop solid visual concepts and compelling UI strategies
- Print and packaging experience is a big plus
- Exceptional ability to communicate design strategy and present to team and clients
- Mature attitude and work ethic
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work as a team player.
- Must be highly motivated, a quick learner, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.

I looked at the calendar this week and it suddenly hit me... We've been doing this for 20 years. 20 YEARS? Man... That means every time I tell a story about the 1980's (the decade we started all this), I have to stop and realize that roughly half of our professional staff were still in grade school or perhaps not even that.
